Smart & Cook has appointed Ian Story as its financial director of the newly formed Smart & Cook Holdings.
The company plans to accelerate the rate of its growth, supported by funding by 3i and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Story will work closely with chairman Geoff Cook and group managing director Paul Meehan on acquisition strategy.
