Stackhouse Poland said it has bought specialist professional indemnity broker Chris Frost Insurance Services (CFIS).

The acquisition edges Stackhouse Poland towards £125m gross written premium and represents a step towards the company’s aim of building a specialist commercial and private client broking group.

“Our strategy continues to be focused on strong organic growth in our chosen sectors and additionally via acquisition of like-minded companies,” said Stackhouse Poland’s executive chairman Jeremy Cary.
