Standard & Poor's (S&P) has revised its outlook on AXA Insurance UK and AXA General Insurance to stable from negative.
The ratings agency said the upgrade reflected improved operating performance and capitalization at the firm.
It has also affirmed the 'A+' long-term counterparty credit and insurer financial strength ratings on both entities.
