Sterling Insurance Group has appointed James Guthrie as senior development manager within their household division.
Guthrie will be responsible for managing client relationships including developing high net worth opportunities via different distribution channels with the emphasis on UK brokers.
Previously Guthrie was an associate director, agency development at Oak Underwriting where he was instrumental in developing key broker accounts. Prior to this he was responsible for wholesale development at Miles Smith Plc.
Guthrie commented: “I am very pleased to be joining Sterling at this time. Their innovation and personal touch makes them a serious contender in the high net worth arena”.
