Groupama extranet
Groupama will pilot an extranet in the summer that will allow brokers to generate automatic quotes for small commercial products.

Groupama sales and distribution director Jon Morrell said the extranet will also be linked into the Polaris e-market system, which is due to be launched in September.

InsurE-com revamp
insurE-com, has revamped its intermediary offerings, launching a new web enabled back-office system.

The new system, insur-E.tamCentral, will enable users to use its real-time quotation system via the internet using Microsoft Office XP.

Zenith for taxis
Zenith is set to launch an online taxi fleet policy later this year. Taxi Fleet will cover fleets of two to 40 vehicles.

Brokers will be able to obtain quotes within ten minutes and print documents from their own printers.

It will be distributed through an as yet unnamed wholesale broker.

The policy is currently being piloted with 12 brokers. A full launch is expected in late summer.

Brokers join Bibalet
Letsure has signed up over 150 brokers in the last year to Bibalet, its landlords' insurance product range.

Bibalet was launched at last year's conference.

The products include: landlords' household insurance, tenants' contents insurance and legal protection.

GAB assists SMEs
Loss adjuster GAB Robins launched an initiative to help SMEs with business continuity planning.

Business Continuity Services is said to provide businesses with a three-year plan and continuous consultation.

It will cost £2,800. The service has been set up in partnership with business continuity consultancy, Survive.
