Fusion has extended free access to its stress counselling and advice service to its 250 partner brokers.

In June, Fusion announced an initiative to give its policyholders access to the free service, which includes a 24-hour telephone stress counselling line for employees.

There is also access to an online advice
service for stress and other regulatory issues for employers.

Fusion marketing manager Graeme Sutton said: "Our brokers tell us that demanding clients and inadequate insurance company service is a major cause of stress in their offices.

"As a result we have decided to make
available the counselling helpline to all of
our brokers."

To further reduce the stress faced by
brokers, Fusion has reiterated its guarantee to provide renewal terms at least 21 days before renewal date for all policies.
