The ABI proved it is the bee’s knees at the recent Public Relations Consultants Awards.

In the 28th annual awards, which celebrate the best work in public relations and public affairs, the ABI faced stiff competition from the likes of Grayling Global’s National Honey Week campaign (to promote honey, in case you were wondering). Tough stuff.

The ABI beat the Police Federation (which was shortlisted for its Fair Play for Police – the 2007/8 Bobby Lobby) to win the trade association/professional body campaign (in-house) award for its campaign, Improving How Flood Risk is Managed.

Honey lovers shouldn’t be too downhearted though. National Honey Week won the prize for trade association/professional body campaign, in the consultancy division.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
