New operation to bolster existing claims management resources

Loss adjuster Teceris has launched Teceris Claims Management, a new claims management operation for UK and international corporate clients.

The new business will use expertise from two recent acquisitions by parent company Capita, CMGL and Aon Claims Management, to provide stand alone claims management solutions in the fields of commercial property, casualty and construction.

It will assist in the delivery of end to end solutions across loss adjusting, indigenous claims and risk management services and corporate account management.

The new business augments existing claims management resources in Teceris Corporate & Complex Adjusting.

Teceris Claims Management managing director Nick Stretton said: “With around 125 highly experienced staff working from eight UK locations ranging from London to Edinburgh, Teceris Claims Management has the experience, maturity and capability to handle all classes of corporate desktop claims. Being part of the successful Teceris practice, and working within the wider Capita Insurance Services businesses, we are able to offer truly market leading, one stop solutions to satisfy the ever more sophisticated requirements of the claims management buyer”.

Richard Holland, managing director of Capita Insurance Services said: “We have been delighted by the success of Teceris since its launch in 2005 and it seemed eminently sensible to extend the leadership ethos, technical gravitas and client service maturity of the Teceris brand to our claims management solution. We shall continue to invest in the development of this highly successful part of our insurance services operation.”
