As insurers struggle to get their new terms of business agreements (TOBAs) signed and returned, Backchat has heard alarming stories about the lengths some insurers are going to in order to get brokers to sign. One insurer was said to have stood over a broker while he signed. Militant brokers wishing to take a stand against these tactics could follow one broker's lead and simply return the TOBA unsigned.
