Towergate has acquired Sutton Transmar from the Sutton Group.
The specialist in haulage, removal and storage, freight forwarding and marine cargo risks controls more than £4m in gross written premium.
Towergate has indicated the purchase will strengthen its third-party broker commercial accounts.
