Transactor Global Solutions (TGSL) has poached a team of underwriting managers from Cox's Brokersoft operation. The company has opened a new office in Milton Keynes to accommodate the team.
The team of four is headed by Ron Pease, who has been appointed TGSL's technical underwriting manager.
The Milton Keynes division will help develop and integrate the open market rating version of Transactor's system, which was launched for brokers last year.
TGSL managing director Ray Vincent said: "The division will play a vital role in accelerating the integration and maintenance of Polaris products."
Vincent said that he hoped "several more people" from Brokersoft would join the core team in the coming months.
