Transactor grabs Cornish Mutual deal

Transactor Global Solutions (TGSL) is to provide South West based insurer, Cornish Mutual, with a complete system replacement which is scheduled to go live this summer.

The new TGSL system will include all insurance business processes from new business to claims with a complete range of fully automated policy transactions available to the operator, both in the office and on the internet.

Cornish Mutual offers cover for farms, small businesses and individuals based in the rural communities of Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset.

This includes insurance for homes, property, vehicles, machinery, livestock, produce & loss of earnings.

Ray Vincent, managing director of TGSL said: “Cornish Mutual operate in a part of the market that we have been keen to break into for quite a while, with a range of insurance covers that will demonstrate Transactor’s strengths around some very interesting personal and commercial classes of business.”
