Lloyd's managing agent appoints Jim Ramage as independent non-executive
Lloyd’s managing agent Whittington Capital Management (WCM) has appointed Jim Ramage as an independent non-executive director.
WCM, part of insurance investor and services provider Whittington Group, now has four non-executive directors on the board.
Stephen Cane, chief executive of Whittington Europe, said: "I am delighted to welcome Jim to Whittington and look forward to working with him in driving forward the successful growth of our business."
Ramage said: "I am very pleased to be joining WCM at this exciting stage of its development."
