Outgoing Biba chief executive Mike Williams is set to lead a new broking network.
The new venture, which is forecasting premium income of at least £1.5b, will be chaired by Bob Beckett of The Beckett Group and involves former CII Society of Fellows president Jennifer Jarrett.
To join the network brokers will have to pay a percentage of their income.
