Global insurance broker Willis has developed a range of products that provide war risks and malicious risks coverage.

The products are designed to cover death or disability caused by activities such as war, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorism, sabotage or riots.

Executive director of Willis's International Accident and Health division, Nicola Fraccalvieri, said: "We estimate that less than a third of all organisations which have some degree of exposure to war, terrorism and malicious acts have the appropriate coverage in place. In light of recent events ... we believe securing such coverage is no longer an option, it is essential."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
