Business processing firm hires three from RI3K

Business processing firm Xchanging has appointed Mark Badman, Alan Ratcliff and Greg Denham to its Xchanging Ins-sure Services (XIS) division.

All three join from electronic reinsurance trading platform RI3K, which was bought by Qatar Insurance Services last November.

Ratfcliff has joined Xchanging as implementation quality director, having been programme and quality assurance manager at RI3K. Denham has been appointed portfolio manager, responsible for workflow and internal systems development. Badman has been named project manager, supporting Denham.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
