Stuart Anderson and Steve Robertson joins back-office firm

Xchanging has named Stuart Anderson as head of insurance sales and Steve Robertson as commercial director, both reporting to MD Max Pell.

Anderson aims to strengthen relationships with existing customers across Xchanging Broking Services (XBS), Xchanging Insurance Services (XIS) and Xchanging Claims Services (XCS). He has worked for Norwich Union, Omega Performance, Homeserve and most recently for Capita.

Robertson has joined XIS and XCS will be responsible for the growth of the ancillary services. A chartered accountant, he has worked for Capita and GE. He has also been a judge for the National Customer Service Awards organisation.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
