Zurich names Nichola Thompson personal lines broker director

Zurich has appointed Nichola Thomson to the newly created position of director of personal lines broker.

She will report to UK personal lines managing director Tim Holliday. The heads of Navigators & General, Zurich Private Clients, regional PL broker and national broker will all report into her.

Thompson will move from her current post of operations director of UKGI commercial broker next month.

Holliday said: “Zurich has a strong heritage in the personal lines broker market and it’s a key part of our future. It’s great to be able to appoint someone of Nichola’s calibre to this key role, working across all our personal lines broker businesses to build on our existing customer and broker propositions, and to drive profitable growth in the future.”
