Online broker its4me.co.uk, which has been in operation for two years, has received its one millionth quote.
Managing director Patrick Smith said: "Reaching the one million quote mark is very exciting for us. We have seen an enormous uplift in quote volumes this year."
Its4me.co.uk, which won the Daily Telegraph/Energis Customer Service of the Year award late last year, is a dedicated online insurance intermediary.
It uses an e-chat facility that enables customers to text-talk in real time with its staff.
Smith added that the company planned to launch a new service before the summer.
