Tuesday

The Claims Standards Council announces that it is planning to lodge a judicial review of the government’s proposed referral fee ban. It seems a tad premature, given that the matter has not even been properly debated in parliament yet.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
