BRIT Insurance Holdings has posted a mixed bag of results for the five Lloyd's syndciates under control of its subsidiary, Lloyd's managing agency Wren
Three syndicates – 389, 735 and 800 – posted a profit while the remaining two – 250 and 1202 – made a loss.
Syndicate 389 made profits of £335,000 on capacity of £8.9m.
Syndicate 735 made profits of £592,000 on capacity of £101.6m.
Syndicate 800 made a profit of £2.8m on capacity of £62.7m.
Syndicate 1202 made losses of £3.1m on capacity of £46.5m.
Syndicate 250 made losses of £13.0m on capacity of £73.6m.
