Addleshaw Goddard Financial Services Group has created RegAssist, a service to assist clients with forthcoming FSA regulation.
The RegAssist service will aid clients with applications for FSA authorisation, provide advice on FSA rules, and help clients structure their operations for compliance and minimum regulatory fees, or to avoid the need for FSA regulation.
Addleshaw Goddard corporate partner David Heffron will lead RegAssist, with assistance from John Thurwell and Paul Estlin.
