The contract extends a five-year deal
Adrian Flux has renewed its claims outsourcing contract with Bankstone.
The renewal, which follows a full review, will see Bankstone handle all the claims for the broker’s specialist motorcycle insurance operation Bikesure. Bankstone had handled Bikesure’s claims for five years.
Adrian Flux customer manager Lee Westwood: “In the wake of all the upheavals in the legal claims sector following the reforms of April 2012, we have been highly impressed with the solutions Bankstone has brought to the table and by their consistent ability to deliver market leading levels of service.”
Bankstone director Andrew Jones said: “We are delighted that Bikesure has decided to extend its relationship with Bankstone. We look forward to continuing to provide an outstanding level of service to Bikesure and to their policyholders.”
Jones added that Bankstone was also in talks with Adrian Flux to launch new products and services for the whole group.
