Peter Corfield joins Ageas

Ageas Retail has appointed Peter Corfield as the managing director of RIAS and Castle Cover. 

Corfield will join on January 23.

His previous roles have included Churchill Insurance marketing director and Zurich Financial Services chief marketing officer, Middle East.

Ageas Retail managing director Andy Watson said: “We are delighted that Peter is joining us to lead RIAS and Castle Cover to the next level. Peter is a very strong addition to the team and we are looking forward to him joining us.”

Corfield said: “I’m really excited to have the opportunity to lead the RIAS and Castle Cover businesses. We have a fantastic opportunity to continue growing in the over 50s segment and I am looking forward to working with a great management team to deliver this.”

 

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
