Aviation loss adjuster hires three in London and one in Miami

Airclaims, the aviation loss adjuster, has announced three appointments in London and one in Miami.

In London, Darcy Beamer-Downie joins Airclaims as General Counsel, after 6 years with Beaumont and Clyde & Co. During this time she was involved in litigation on behalf of a wide range of clients including airlines, MROs and insurers. Darcy, who will head up the Airclaims Legal Services team, has also lectured extensively on the topic of space tourism and has advised various space interests. She is a Barrister and has a Masters in Air and Space Law from McGill University.

Cameron Hogg joins Airclaims in May as an Aviation Surveyor. Cameron is a licensed aircraft engineer, with over 20 years of aviation experience. He has worked on a large variety of large civil aircraft both as an engineer and a Station Maintenance Manager.

Jonathan Salmon will join Airclaims in May as an Aviation Surveyor. Jonathan has experience of a large variety of aircraft types in particular General Aviation and Executive jets, having previously worked for TAG Farnborough Engineering and Mann Aviation Engineering.

In Miami, Miguel Uz joins Airclaims Inc as an Aviation Surveyor, following 19 years in the aviation industry. Miguel has extensive maintenance knowledge of both Commercial and General Aviation, including Airline transport and Executive jets and is a specialist in Engine Maintenance and Overhaul. He is fluent in both Spanish and English, and holds a private pilot’s license.
