David Gamble, executive director of The Association of Insurance and Risk Managers (AIRMIC) is to address the Thomas Miller Risk Management's (TMRM) workshop on 3 December.
The workshop, entitled 'The Personal Liability of Directors, Officers and Trustees - Constructing Personal Safeguards' will brief those responsible for ensuring compliance.
The workshop is the latest initiative offered by TMRM, which aims to enable companies to implement risk management systems to meet compliance requirements.
Managing director of TMRM, Chris Charman, said: "More and more companies are seeing corporate governance not as a necessary evil but as a way of increasing returns.
"Our positive view on risk management, we believe has the power to transform an organisation."
