Cornhill Insurance, which is owned by Allianz, will be changing the names of many recognised brands and products to incorporate Allianz towards the end of the year.
Chief executive Ray Treen said that Cornhill Insurance will be known as Allianz Cornhill Insurance. Cornhill Schemes will become Allianz Cornhill Schemes and Lawclub will change its name to Allianz Cornhill Legal Protection.
Brand names that will remain untouched include Cornhill Direct, Cornhill Life, Petplan and DBI.
