Antares appoints Lye as energy underwriter

Antares has appointed Jim Lye as energy underwriter.

Lye joins from Infrassure, where he was underwriting and claims manager responsible for developing the firm’s offshore energy portfolio.

At Antares, Lye will report in to marine hull, energy and liability account manager John Potter.

Antares syndicate 1274 active underwriter Joe Battle said: “Jim brings with him a unique combination of underwriting skill, first-hand industry experience and claims knowledge.
