Arista Insurance has appointed Stephen Robinson as development underwriter for the East Anglia region.
Robinson was previously First Assist underwriting manager. Based in Ipswich, Robinson will write all classes of business and is a property and liability specialist.
An Arista spokesman said the appointment was in line with Arista's plans to place their underwriters close to brokers.
Arista chief executive Charles Earle said: "We are very pleased to announce the arrival of someone of Stephen’s extensive experience to Arista. His local knowledge and understanding of the market make him the ideal person to take responsibility for the development of Arista’s business in East Anglia."
