The Bartlett Group has acquired Leeds-based broker Fred Sugden and Sugden Rogers (FS & SR).
FS & SR, which employs 25 staff, will continue to operate from its Leeds site and will keep its name.
Bartlett Group chairman Michael Bartlett said: "Fred Sugden and Sugden Rogers have some significant clients including a number of prominent businesses and families based in Yorkshire, the Midlands and Scotland."
