Biba has launched a broker professional indemnity scheme for members.
The scheme will offer a choice of three Biba-accredited brokers to provide products, a new Biba policy wording and risk management support and helplines.
Alexander Forbes Professions, FirstCity Partnership and Towergate Underwriting have been accredited to provide the products for members.
The three brokers will be allowed to offer insurance from any insurer they deem suitable, subject to security precautions.
Biba chief executive Eric Galbraith said: "I felt it was time to create a market-leading facility for our own profession. This facility will be a very good reason to be a Biba member."
