New website launched

Biba has helped set up a website offering short-term motor policies to its members.

The policies, launched with Temporary Cover, the online short-term insurance provider, have a range of exclusive features, such as seven-day free EU cover for all comprehensive and personal accident policies.

Steve Foulsham, Biba’s technical services manager, said the initiative was “exactly what our members tell us they need”.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
