The London Underwriting Centre (LUC) has appointed Victor Blake to serve a second consecutive term as executive chairman with effect from the 1 January 2004.
Blake also served as the LUC's first chairman in the years before and immediately after it opened in 1993.
He has been a director of the market building for well over a decade.
