And much of its success is due to the marketing brains behind the scheme, Equity’s Fiona Macrae.

An interview on The Jeremy Vine Show and a spread on page three of The Sun (the personal finance section, of course) will no doubt propel “Blonde Fiona from Hackney” to celebrity status within the insurance world.
