Big guns get competitive.
Bang went the guns on board a Thames barge when Norwich Union took a group of (almost) sharp shooting journalists for a spot of clay pigeon shooting on the river.
In a classic boys versus girls shoot-off, it was no surprise that competition was fierce. Thanks to some eagle-eyed shooting, the boys just edged it. But, after hitting all of one clay out of six, Backchat retreated to the bar to drown its sorrows. However, there was still the scant consolation of an overall loser to be decided. So, in an old fashioned ring toss, Backchat stepped up to the plate and did not let the side down. Glorious!
