Lord Bingham announced today that the hearing of the landmark Callery v Gray case will begin on Tuesday 23 April.
He decided the House of Lords needs three days to consider the case regarding recoverability of after-the-event (ATE) insurance premiums.
Norwich Union was given leave to appeal at the end of January this year.
