Insurance Times’ in-depth annual survey of insurers’ service to brokers has begun – and we need your help.

Tell us what you think of the quality of service provided by the UK’s top general insurers.

We want to know if you are frustrated by poor claims service or error-strewn documentation. But we also want to know if there’s an insurer or a top quality performance that you want to commend.

This is your chance to tell the major insurers what they need to do to improve and provide you – and your clients – with a better service.

This year we have expanded the survey to cover personal lines insurers. And for the first time we are using the survey to determine the winners of our prestigious Commercial Lines Insurer of the Year, Personal Lines Insurer of the Year and General Insurer of the Year awards.
