Capita creates 30 underwriting services jobs

Capita Insurance Services has created 30 new roles in its underwriting services division based in Gloucester.

The new staff, who have all undergone a six month training programme prior to taking up their new positions, will be working in risk capture, general and specialist aggregations and pre-bind quality assurance (PBQA).

Capita’s general insurance division head Brent Escott said: “Our Gloucester team, led by Kath Gioiosa, is known throughout the Lloyd’s and London market for the outstanding quality of its work. Our clients consider our team to be an extension of their own and we consider their back office to be our front office.

“Adding 30 people to our team reflects the hard work of our existing staff and I would like to thank them for their dedication, as well as welcoming our new recruits to the team.”
