London-based travel claims handler Connect Ventures has appointed ClaimNet as its IT development partner in the travel claims sector.

Connect Ventures will use ClaimNet's Consort product to provide it with a travel claims management system via the internet.

The company said because the system was web based, it would be cheaper than installing a major IT infrastructure.
