A mystery buyer has snatched the remaining assets of failed no win no fee specialist Claims Direct.
Receivers Deloitte & Touche refused to name the purchaser but reports say Mick Shepherd, an IT entrepeneur based in Blackpool, Lancashire has bought the company.
D&T had received six bids for the business, including one submitted by Ronnie Henderson, the former chief executive of Claims Direct.
