ICT Group - a provider of customer relationship management solutions to the insurance sector - has expanded its customer sales and service operations to Barbados and India.
ICT spokesman Simon Rainbow commented: "We are committed to meeting clients' demands for premium quality, cost-effective sales and service solutions through offshore contact centre operations."
This is the latest in a recent trend of companies moving their call centres to locations like India because of reduced costs.
