International Business Communications (IBC) is holding a conference on how to refuse paying for claims at the Forte Posthouse in London on June 12.
The conference, called "Best Practice in Defending Insurance Claims," and chaired by Iain Goldrein QC, will include managing defence claims, defending solicitors negligence claims, the use of mediation in defending claims and interpreting insurance policies.
