Zurich Financial Service has outsourced its spectacle replacement service to opticians Dollond & Aitchison.
Customers will be contacted within two hours of D&A receiving their details so that an appointment can be arranged for a spectacle fitting.
A special call centre has been established in Glasgow to assess the loss, value and damage of spectacles.
Frames are matched to the customer by D&A Styleyes and Computereyes services .
D&A customers can receive aftercare, which includes free repairs and replacements for spectacles damaged within 12 months of purchase.
