New scheme will offer Broker Network members lower qualifying criteria
Legal expenses insurer DAS and Broker Network have launched a new commercial legal expenses scheme.
The scheme is exclusively for Broker Network and Countrywide ‘Complete’ members, and covers employment disputes, property protection, bodily injury, debt recovery and contract disputes, among others.
DAS UK Group broker account manager Chris Matthews said: “The new facility gives Broker Network members greater flexibility, offering a more competitive rating structure with a broader payroll scale to cater for their clients with payrolls up to £2m.”
The scheme is administered through the DAS portal on a full delegated authority basis, and with lower qualifying criteria for Broker Network members.
Broker Network insurer director Dene Smith said: “We have been working with DAS in developing our proposition, and refreshing the commercial legal protection scheme was a key part of this review, with significant benefits to cover, rating and administration.”
