Davies group appoints new learning and development manager

Insurance claims service firm Davies Group has appointed Jo Spreckley to the newly created role of learning and development manager.

Spreckley will be responsible for personal development and training across the group, with a key focus on launching Davies’ graduate training programme.

She will also work closely with the CII and CILA to improve professional training for Davies teams.

Spreckley spent 10 years with Cunningham Lindsey where she worked in a variety of claims roles before spending five years working in the learning and development team. In 2012 she moved to GAB Robins where she led the learning and development function including managing the graduate scheme and increasing take up of professional qualifications.

Spreckley will be based in Stoke and report to HR director Anne Thorne.
