Company aims for growth in nationwide sales.
Bournemouth-based Deacon, one of the UK’s leading blocks of flats insurance specialists, has appointed Alysa Weiner as business manager.
Heading up a team of five managers across the income generating parts of the business, Weiner is using her extensive people management skills to drive productivity and help grow nationwide sales of the company’s insurance solutions for residential, commercial and mixed-use properties.
She is also responsible for further strengthening service delivery and customer retention levels.
Prior to joining Deacon, she spent 11 years working at LTSB, initially as senior customer sales manager for LTSB Insurance Direct, and most recently as customer service manager and customer retention manager for LTSB General Insurance.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
