Hanover Park owner Erinaceous Group has acquired Hercules Property Services, which owns property broker Deacon and Cadogan.
The agreed offer is 45p plus 2.138 new Erinaceous shares for each Hercules share.
Hercules' closing price on 24 September was 306p per share. The offer is understood to represent a premium of over 14% based on this pricing.
