Claims management company Accidentcare Group has signed its second major affinity deal in four months, with Lloyds TSB's staff union.

The deal will allow the union's 39,000 members to purchase Accidentcare Group's motor breakdown service at a competitive price.

Chief executive Sachel Singh said the deal builds on Accidentcare Group's existing membership base of 100,000.

He said: “Accidentcare Group is committed to developing solutions, and our partnership with Lloyds TSB Group Union offers a great opportunity to expand our membership base.”

The move follows a joint marketing venture with First National Motor Finance last November.

Ian Partridge, Lloyds TSB Group Union general secretary, said Accidentcare Group's product appeared to be more flexible than those offered by other motoring organisations.
