Internet design company Al Visual has acquired the business and intellectual property rights of Design-right.com, a specialist insurance and financial services ebusiness provider, for an undisclosed sum.
Andrew Areoff of Al Visual said: “To evolve, our business must combine effective visual design with all new ebusiness technologies to enable our clients to completely serve the online needs of their customers.”
Al Visual plans to take on all Design-right.com's staff.
