Vacassin joins in non-executive role
Direct Line Group has announced the appointment of former Prudential director Priscilla Vacassin as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
Vacassin was most recently group human resources director at Prudential plc (2005-2011) and non-executive director and member of the audit committee at the Ministry of Defence (2007-2011).
Her previous positions include Abbey National plc, where she was executive director, human resources (2003-2005); BAA plc, where she was group human resources director (2001-2003); and Kingfisher plc, where she held a number of senior human resources roles.
Direct Line Group chairman Mike Biggs said: “Priscilla is an excellent addition to the board of directors of the company, which will benefit from her wealth of knowledge and experience in human resources, the financial services industry and customer facing businesses.”
